The Operator of the www.intech.eu is INTECH Engineering Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-286), Jaśkowa Dolina 84 Str, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gdańsk under KRS: 0000618907, NIP:  9571086399, Regon: 001091832. The Service gathers information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:

  • Through information entered in forms voluntarily.
  • Through cookie files saved in end-devices (so-called "cookies").

2. Information in forms:

  • The Website gathers information voluntarily provided by users.
  • The Website can also save information about connection settings (time, IP address).
  • The data in the forms is not shared with third parties unless agreed upon with the user.
  • The data provided in the form may be a set of potential customers, registered by the Website Operator in the register kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
  • The data contained in the form is processed to meet the aim of a specific form, for example, to subscribe to newsletter, to process a service request or contact sales clients.

3. Newsletter:

  • By agreeing  to receive free newsletters via e-mail entitles the Operator to periodically send users to the Website information about news, events or any other information related to the Operator.
  • Newsletters can be canceled at any time by clicking on the link "unsubscribe" contained in each electronic message sent. Unsubscribe means that you are deleting an account in the Service.
  • The Service Operator reserves the right to:
    • Transfer through newsletter advertising and commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item. 1204 2002);
    • Temporary newsletter service shutdown for technical reasons;
    • Discontinue newsletter service after prior notification of its members.

The Service contains links to other Web sites. We can not be held responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We urge users to read the privacy statements of the other page when switching.

5. Information about cookie files:

  • The Website uses cookies. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are computer data, mainly text files, that is stored in end-devices of the Website User and is intended for use with the pages of the Web Service.   • The data that enables identifying a given user is made available only upon the user's consent.
  • The Operator may be required to provide the information gathered by the Website to authorised bodies based on legitimate demands arising from the demand.
