With pleasure we inform of a new consortium – heateco₂n. We established it with cooperation with Swiss Burners Polska – Cracow company from the energy sector.

The consortium aims to implement technology of German company thermea. Energiesysteme GmbH. Its flagship products are high temperature heat pumps, refrigerators and industrial compressed air dryers known under the brand name thermeco₂.

Thermeco₂ products characterize the best performance in its class. This is due to the use of pure carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. It is chemically neutral, non-flammable and completely safe for the environment. Moreover, it increases the efficiency and broadens the range of lower and upper heat source temperature.

The main advantages of the thermeco₂ technology are:

• CO2 use for exceptional efficiency and stability to changing environmental requirements
• 75% of energy comes from the heat source and only 25% from the compressor operation
• the ability to deliver heat at a temperature of 90˚C
• the possibility of cooling down to -10˚C
• efficient simultaneous cooling and heating operation
• energy recovery from waste sources (e.g., sewage) at a temperature up to 40˚C
• quality certified by ISO9001, all machines are type-tested by TÜV SÜD and have the CE marking
• wide range of devices with power ratings from 45 kW to 1.1 MW
• compact design - thermeco₂ products are up to 3 times smaller than devices of the other brands of the corresponding power
