Container steam plants are based on Clayton steam generators. Thanks to its small footprint it is possible to enclose whole boiler room installation in standard 20 or 40 ft container.
Mobility of such a solution makes huge advantage in each industry sector where high quality steam is needed for distributed technological processes. Principal examples can be trenchless pipe repairs or oil periodical storage tanks cleaning. As well the container boiler can operate as stationary. It is the best option in case, there is no more place in a factory for steam plant installation.
Up from company beginnings we projected and assembled numerous container steam plants of summary steam power of over 25 MW. Our experience gained for the last two decades helps us meet needs of every - even the most demanding customer.
For the customers who are in need of immediate or periodical demand of steam we offer rental of a container mobile steam plant. An example can be a construction site, where steam is necessary only in first part of a project or a fruit processing plant where demand for significant amount of steam comes in every harvest season. Steam rental can be also a perfect solution in case of planned extension of your boiler room or undesired breakdowns and repairs.
In order to meet expectations of the market, we introduced in 1995 container steam plant rental program. Gradually extending our offer, today we have three fully equipped and autonomous container steam plants, designed to suit each business.
